Production Time
Graphisigns, Inc., standard turnaround is dependent on the product ordered; if you do not specify otherwise you will be charged for standard turnaround for the relevant product.

Turnaround times do not include shipping time. The estimated date you will receive your order is a combination of the selected turnaround time and shipping time

Rush Orders
Orders requiring production in the same day may be subject to an additional fee.

Payment Policy
All orders must be paid in full with a credit card at the time you are placing the order. Or with check after fill up a Guarantee Agreement Form and be approved by Graphisigns, Inc.

Guarantee Agreement Form
This is not a credit acount. It is only a practical way to place an order over the phone without a secuty deposit every time after the firts order. You most have a form fill out with update information with your credit card information and authorization.

All prices are subject to change without notice.  Prices are based on customer-supplied electronic artwork.
Additional charges may apply for file repair, layout, scanning, or design. Wide variety of other media and quantity discounts are available, please call for more information. All prices are plus Tax, Shipping & Handling

Minimum Orders
$15.00 on stock items, $25.00 on Custom orders.

Volume Orders
For large quantity orders please call for a custom quote or request a New Estimate

Prices are good for thirty days and does not include shipping unless specified.  
Sales tax will be charged unless a resale card is filed prior to or at the time of order, and is non-refundable after completion of the order

Custom Orders
Graphisigns Inc. specializes in the custom digital graphics. Due to the unique nature of these graphics, a fifty- percent deposit is required on all custom orders unless other arrangements are made in advance. 
Graphisigns Inc. urges persons submitting drawings or designs for reproduction to make their own determination as to design’s suitability for their particular application. Graphisigns Inc. is not responsible for any problems arising from inadequate designs submitted by the customer to us for reproduction.
A full prepayment is required for all Off-Set printing jobs before production. 

Artwork and Set Up Fee
Artwork or Set-up fees are NOT included in the price of the Item purchased.
a.) Set-up fee it is a partial charge of the time spent by designing, re-designing, resizing, scanning, retouching or preparing a file for production. But the file is owned by Graphisigns, this fee does not include a copy for the customer.
b.) Artwork or Layout fee are $45 per hour for the complete time spent designing, re-designing, resizing, scanning, retouching or preparing the file for production. Includes one copy of the file to customers and $15 for any additional copies.
Any Layout, design, re-design, scan, retouch or modification made to a file provided or not by customer, is for the exclusive use
of Graphisigns and does not transfer ownership or copyright to the client.

Proofs are for your protection, is your opportunity to avoid mistakes, you have to double check spelling, layout, colors & sizes.
After your approval, Graphisigns, Inc. will not be responsible for any misspelled words or error no marked.
Don't forget to reply the e-mail with " PROOF APPROVED" - or with changes and corrections for a new proof, without this we won't be able to finish the order.

Proof Approved
Once the proof is APPROVED there are NO MORE CHANGES or CANCELLATIONS accepted".  You are authorizing to do the order with the prices, specifications, terms and conditions.

Color Quality
Graphisigns, Inc. guarantees that its prints will meet CMYK industry standards. We cannot guarantee "match-print" color fidelity and cannot prevent slight color shift through out an order because this is result in many cases for differences in equipment, processing, temperature, etc. Please note that the application of different paper, inks and coatings may have an effect upon or
change the appearance of printed colors.
The accuracy of each color reproduction is to be within 85-90% of the original image. Because we cannot control the color reproduction of a customer's computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that the actual print color will precisely match any preview as it appears your monitor. Full color offset printing is the cheapest method to produce high quality printing in commercial printing quantities but you haveto consider today’s standard industry limitations.

Orders Completed
Graphisigns, Inc. won’t be responsable for orders not picked up after 30 days of completation.

Shipping and Delivery
All shipments are F.O.B. our La Habra warehouse or shipping point. United Parcel Service will be used whenever possible.  
A handling fee is added to freight charge to cover box, packaging material and labor. Applicable shipping charges will be added to your invoice.

Damaged Shipping
We take every precaution to insure safe arrival, but our responsibility ends when shipment is turned over to the carrier (UPS, Truck, etc.). If a shipment is damaged when you receive it, insist on a damaged notation on the freight bill by the delivery person BEFORE you accept the shipment. Contact the carrier IMMEDIATELY and request an inspection. This must be done prior to filling a damage claim. If you must unpack, SAVE ALL BOXES and packing material.

Return Policy
Custom Jobs are not returnable.
Unless our error, stock items may not be returned without our written permission. Please call us for a Return Authorization Number.  Your shipment may be refused if an authorization has not been obtained. Any authorized merchandise must be carefully packed and in saleable condition to be accepted for return. A 25% restocking charge will be made.  All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging, shipped insured and freight prepaid.  All claims must be made 48 hours from date of delivery.

Lost or Damage Product
Please notify us within 48 hours of the receipt of any items you received damaged. Claims for repair, replacement, corrections or shortages must be presented to our company within two days from receipt of your order.

Governing Law
The Site Terms and your use of this Website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without resort or giving effect to conflict of law provisions. Regardless of where you access this site, you agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Site Terms and/or your use of this Website shall be filed and adjudicated only in the federal or state courts located in Orange County, California, and you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts over any suit, action or proceeding arising out of or under these Site Terms and or your use of this Website. This Agreement is not governed by the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the application of which is expressly excluded.
